Saturday Night Outreach Meeting Report

by Struthers Cumbernauld

On Saturday night we had our second joint outreach held in our Glasgow church.  Over 300 people were present  from our churches across the central belt of Scotland.  This included a number of visitors that were with us for the first time.  The evening began with some congregational singing followed by four different choirs singing and two powerful testimonies to salvation and baptism in the Holy Spirit.  There were two children's meetings running alongside the main service, with around forty teenagers hearing the gospel, some for the first time.  The evening was rounded off with a short gospel address and several people came forward at the end of the evening for help.  There was salvation and baptism in the Holy Spirit before the night was through.  It was a very fruitful evening and we are hoping to hold another outreach in the near future.
