15 children and 21 adults celebrated our Christmas nativity today. As the children gathered, some played while others made Christmas chains with Sara.
Annette then led everyone, some in costume, in a walk through scenes from the Christmas story narrating each part as we went. We visited Mary's house, the shepherds fields, the kings palace and the stable in Bethlehem. The children took part by singing and sometimes acting out the events.
It was a lovely way to celebrate the birth of Jesus.
Our party followed with lots of games, food and a present from under the tree for all the children organised by Morag, Marianne and Brian. This was our last session for a few weeks. A very big thank you to our adults who help in so many ways each week.
