Toddlers update

by Struthers Cumbernauld

15 children and 14 adults joined us for the first of our Easter Celebration days. Marianne and Morag worked with the children to make palm branches. The older children then marched around the coffee shop with their branches before hearing the story of Jesus' last meal with His friends. They worked together to complete a collage picture depicting the scene. Annette told the children of the love Jesus showed to His friends as He washed their dusty feet. We finished this part by singing some choruses.

The younger children enjoyed their usual rhyme time. There was a lovely, happy atmosphere today.
