A busy Friday club with around 35 children. Leah began with some singing. Tiffies then spoke about darkness and how in the darkness we can see the light shining more brightly. She used a torch to illustrate this and talked about Jesus being the light of the world, and the darker things get, the more brightly His light shines. P1/2 had a similar focus. The children made some paper lamps and enjoyed some games.
In our student zone, Mel and Hannah started off with team games of Pictionary. Everyone got involved and it was a lot of fun. Following this, Tiffies talked about ideas for this year's Nativity before we split into groups to do some planning. We fed back and then had a time of prayer. Most young people took part which was great. It was a nice chance to pray for the upcoming Nativity.
