We had another good number with us this week. All 4 of our visitors from last week returned which was encouraging.
Mark began the evening with a very good time of singing and worship.
Pauline spoke from Psalm 139:23 'Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts.' She talked of the graciousness of God and how He only shows us what needs to be changed one bit at a time. He will not overwhelm us or ever allow the way to become too difficult. We closed with a rich time of prayer and worship together.
We were very thrilled that someone has offered to buy us 150 nice comfy padded seats for our new hall. God is good! If anyone knows of a good home for 50 pine pews please contact us through the website or by telephone to our coffee shop.
A smaller number of us met this week for the meeting in Airdrie. Rae led some rousing singing. Everyone enjoyed the word John brought to us from some scattered verses around bringing all our thoughts into captivity. There followed an excellent time of worship as the Spirit led us to drink deeply of His presence. God is so good to us!
