A smaller number of adults and children came to Toddlers today. In all we had 16 children and the same number of adults. It was a noisy, busy morning with our focus being mums.
Mother’s Day cards and gift labels were made during craft. Older children made crispie cakes for everyone, some to take home and one for all the children to eat at snack.
Rosemary took the younger ones for singing.
Annette told the children a lovely story of a lamb who had lost her mum called “Emma’s Lamb”.
The children listened very well to the story and chatted about the good things their mums did for them.
We celebrated the birthday of one of our newest wee girls. A good morning. Hopefully our children who are not well will join us next week.
